Rossetto makes squash ravioli very delicious. My local Publix sold. I have always suggested in the recipe again with sage and butter. I hope it's your IKEA too!

In fact, it is very easy to do. You can make pasta dough, then launched. Use a small biscuit cutter or cut around the rim of a glass to the circles in the dough. Put some filling (BTW, goat cheese goes well with the filling, or you can just canned pumpkin or squash) and a stamp-discs. Then cook like regular pasta. Sounds complicated, but it is easy and fun to do. I do it all the time and like you, I love the pumpkin ravioli!
