Low Gi Fruit What Fruit To Eat In The Morning?

What fruit to eat in the morning? - low gi fruit

I have a banana every morning, before the work, then I get a bit of unsweetened cereal, when I get to work. I've heard that bananas are actually full (of sugar and I try to) follow a low GI diet. Does anyone have any information about whether a banana a day is for you, or eat poorly suggestions for different fruits?

No, these are large bananas, but I prefer the apples in the morning.
